Shipping Options and Rates:
We offer the following service levels and estimated rates for shipping and handling in the domestic United States:
- Rates are estimates only.
- Rates and special promotional rates such as free shipping may change.
- Surcharges may apply.
- Not all items may be eligible for free shipping.
- Most orders are processed within 3 business days.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e‐mail confirmation with the order details and tracking information. If you do not receive an e‐mail, please check your spam folder, or contact us for confirmation.
Delivery time for Standard Shipping and UPS Ground can range from 3 to 10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Carriers may reserve the right to require signatures for delivery.
Order Processing:
- Orders are shipped from California.
- Orders placed before 3:00PM PST Monday ‐ Friday will typically be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will typically be shipped the following business day, excluding holidays and weekends.
Holiday Shipping:
Please allow for additional time during the peak holiday season.
P.O. Boxes/APOs:
Please note if you choose UPS service, UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box/APO. Please provide a street address or change to a USPS option.
Overseas:
At the moment we do not ship outside the United States.
Accuracy of Address:
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete, it may delay receipt of the package and you may be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).
Shipping Disclaimer:
Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance that they are being shipped. We will contact you with these charges before the order is processed for final approval.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories:
Orders can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
